Did you find any missing or torn pages or writing in the textbooks you've checked out? If so, be sure to fill out and turn in a Damage Textbook Form to Mrs. Palaikis within a week of checkout. Click on the button below to view and print out the form.
  • Textbooks are issued and collected through the library.
  • Student ID cards are needed to check-out textbooks.
  • Students should be in class the first day of school with appropriate textbooks. If not, come to the library to exchange your books.
  • Call Mrs. Palaikis, Textbook Technician, ext 307 with all textbook questions. 
  • Students are requested to return textbooks immediately from classes they have dropped or changed.
  • Students at Valencia High receive the appropriate textbook needed for their classes.  Unfortunately, duplicate books are not available. 
  • Record all textbook damage on the Textbook Damage Form (available in August).  You are responsible for any loss or damage not documented on the Textbook Damage Form.  Fines will be assessed when the books are collected.  There is a $5.00 charge for missing barcodes.
  • All textbooks should be kept covered.
